Wednesday 29 May 2013 Musée d'Orsay

This is the general view as you come out of the Métro to Place de la Concorde.
It does get better than this!

Musée d'Orsay courtyard.

Musée d'Orsay courtyard.

Walked straight in with tickets bought in advance.
There were a few hundred people at the regular entrance.
However, I went there to see
Evening, which is also known as the Ball
by Jacques-Joseph Tissot (1836-1902) and it is not on exhibition at the moment.
Peut-être un autre fois.!
However, as usual, it was so good to see what was there at the moment.

That is Sacré-Coeur on the hill.

from Scotland

Geoffrey has caught my cold.
This is the last of the whisky my cousin Jack has given us.
His son Joe brought it across to us on 23 February.
